To use the hotel's free shuttle to/from Odawara Train Station, please make a reservation in advance (limited seats available). The shuttles are available at the following schedule.
From Odawara Station to hotel: 12:15, 13:15 and 14:15.
From hotel to the station: 11:30, 12:15 and 13:15.

Shuttles depart from the West Exit parking area at the station. Please look for a bus with the hotel's logo.
No reservation is needed to use the shuttle from Gora Station to the hotel. Please call upon arrival at the Gora Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Shuttle buses are available from 10:00-18:30.
